Notes: After previously being chewed out by a mall security guard for photographing the same location in daylight on my April 8 trip, I carefully made sure that there were no security personnel anywhere to be found this time before snapping a few shots. I believe I was likely in the public right of way (making the security guard 100% in the wrong if that was the case) on April 8, but nonetheless, I decided not to pursue the matter any further with them, because mall security guards aren't worth arguing with.

In fact, when I came by, the Charlottesville Police were speaking with the owner of this motorcycle and a second motorcycle with similar lighting in red.
