“Please place your seat backs in the upright position.”
You know how when you’re flying on an airplane, they insist you put your seat back in the upright position? Who would think that two inches would be that important? Seat all the way up – uncomfortable. Seat back two inches – comfortable. In a crash, if it’s up – safe. Back – dead. You can see it right now, plane crash investigators saying, “What a shame, she didn’t put her seat up. 30,000 feet, she could have made that. When will people learn?” It doesn’t make sense, but they won’t let you land with the seat back reclined.
The reason I am mentioning this is because I have finally put my trip to Canada online, at long last. It is a part of The Schumin Web, in all of its glory. Check it out on the menu, under the heading “Canada Trip”. It’s fun!
