Site Updates: New splash photo

Updated the Splash Page with a photo of my name badge at Wal-Mart as it appeared for Halloween. While some other associates wore full costumes, I just added a note to my name badge, saying, “I don’t need a costume to frighten people!” with a Wal-Mart happy face below it.
